Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including cosmetics, intimate products, and flammable liquids.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Opened or used beauty and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. You’ll be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@mydancenails.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
